Software testing requires diverse skills many of which require an ability to concentrate, track one’s own thought process, do multi-tasking and ability to ask questions.
Because of the very nature of the Job the testers have a potential to fall into negativity trap resulting in various ailments. Constant pressure in today’s technical jobs result in various body problems such as stress leading to high blood pressure, and and edginess.
This talk is all about the skills required by testers for thinking and dealing with the negativity and stress of the Job.
This involves breathing exercises, thought exercises, Yoga and short meditations. Techniques that have been in use for thousands of years in the east and which can benefit the testers.
