Terms & Conditions - BTD Conference

Cancellations

  • Early Bird : No Cancellations and No Refund possible.
  • After the Early Bird period, all cancellations are subject to a 30% administration fee before 2 months prior to the event and thereafter it s subject to 50% up to 1 month prior the event. All cancellations made less than 1 month prior to the event, are non-refundable.
  • An alternative participant can be designated at any time at an extra cost of 20 euro.

Any cancellation or change of attendance has to be made in writing to confreg@aqis.eu.

Refunds

Refunds will not be made for non-attendance of the conference and invoices are due.

Payments

All payments are due within 15 days after the invoice and 15 days prior to the conference.

    All cancellations are subject to a 30% administration fee before 4 months prior to the training classes and thereafter it s subject to 50% up to 2 month prior the training class. All cancellations made less than 2 month prior to the training, are non-refundable.
  • Re-scheduling or an alternative participant can be designated at any time at an extra cost of 20 euro.
  • Any cancellation or change of attendance has to be made in writing to confreg@aqis.eu.

Refunds

Refunds will not be made for non-attendance of the training classes and invoices are due.

Payments

Cancellations by AQIS

  • AQIS reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrollment at least 20 calendar days in advance of the scheduled course date. Notice will be provided with the option to reschedule for a future course date or to receive a full refund of registration fees.
  • AQIS is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer if a training course is cancelled.
  • If a training class is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances such as weather or natural disaster, the customer is entitled to reschedule for a future training course.
